great idea,

i think admin (or one of us) should check out all the dates of the last posts of mods and those who havent posted for a set time (maybe 6weeks) should be informed that they will be removed as a moderator. if they do not respond within a given time, or have a reason, then they should have their moderator status withdrawn.

any comments?

Hi Robin.

I think that your idea of looking at the profiles is a good idea, but having the status withdrawn? I mean I think that we whould contact these less active mods, but maybe not remove their moderatorship completely.

Like you said. We need a certain time frame to look for. I'd say somewhere in the area of about 6-10 weeks perhaps? We should then contact that mod and tell them of our findings.

I'll look into the profiles, but it's ultimately up to admin who stays and who goes.
