Wrestling Collectors?

Bagwell did the same thing w those WCW Main Event cards for me. Mero did the same thing. I think they think it will smear less. I appreciate their concern if that is the reason but it does suck to see it backwards as a collector.

He only signed one of the Main Event cards on the back It was my card of him w/ The Patriot. He signed his singles M.E. card on the front. Oh, well, at least he signed!

Today I got a return from ODB. This one was sent out 7/14/2008 to the TNA address when the 1st set of tna tristar trading cards came out. Surprised to see this come back after nearing a 2 year wait.

To those who don't like it when the individual signs the back of the card, at least you got the autograph. I have received of people back who signed the back (Marc Mero included), and I was happy just to get the autograph. I will say that I think that sometimes they sign the back because how glossy the front of the card is.

I get a lot of guys in person and you'd be surprised how many try to sign the back, I tell them sign the front and they say it will bubble. I tell them I used an eraser on it and they look at me funny and sign the front and it's fine.

DeathBoy, congrats on the Pierce! He's definitely a throw back and a great heel. I loved his matches against Brent Albright in ROH. Nice custom as well.

Thanks man, I was very proud of that custom. lol.. He really is very underrated. He's going to be at the NWA Fanfest in Charlotte so I might get to see him wrestling there. Looking forward to that.

That would be cool. When is the Fanfest?

It's the first weekend in August in Charlotte. I'm hopefully going, not set in stone yet. I was certainly going next year.. but they moved it to Atlanta and I'm not traveling that far. Just can't right now.

I have a quick question also. TNA is headed back to my town next month for only the second time and with ringside seats (Which I'm lucky enough to be getting.), there's a meet and greet with the stars. I guess my main question is, has anyone been to a TNA houseshow in a small town recently with a meet and greet, if so who was invloved in the meet and greet. I'm just tryin to get some stuff ready to take with me. The last time they came through I got to meet Kurt Angle, The Motor City MachineGuns, Sonjay Dutt, ODB, Rhyno, Jeremy Borash, Earl Hebner and Booker T, so I'm hoping for a similar expierence. lol..

I haven't been to a TNA house show in a few years, but someone on a different board said he went and had ringside seats, and he met: Jay Lethal, Motor City MachineGuns, Velvet Sky, Lacey Von Erich, Madison Rayne, Rob Terry, Taylor Wilde, and Sarita.
