Is this real? It seems to be a PR card Hugh Laurie would have sent out in his pre-'House' days, such as those sent out by Stephen Fry, Russell Brand, etc.. Any opinions??

The autograph is certainly authentic however I cannot tell from the photo if it is pre-printed. It doesn't appear to be because of the overlap between the writing/picture and his signature but I would have to look at it tangibly to be 100% sure.
If you know that it's not pre-printed then you're good.

I was thinking that as well. It appears, from the scan atleast, that it is written in pen, which makes me want to rule out a pre-print. It does seem to match signature quite well.

Normally pre-printed signatures will be darker but again, without having it in front of me I cannot tell for sure. It is probably a PR photo from earlier in his career and is hand signed. Either way, the signature is authentic.
