Re: Wanted: Maureen o hara
Ms. O'Hara has a longstanding reputation of signeing for her fans. She is currently living in Ireland, why not just send to her there?
I have been asked many times about trading / selling some of my autographs. I am sorry but my collection is not and will not be for sale.
Re: Wanted: Maureen o hara
Does she? I wrote to her about 10 years ago and received a note from her secretary saying she was no longer signing. Has she had a change of heart?DanaRenoMBA wrote:Ms. O'Hara has a longstanding reputation of signeing for her fans. She is currently living in Ireland, why not just send to her there?

Re: Wanted: Maureen o hara
I am the webmaster for her official website and handle her fan mail here in the United States. Ms. O'Hara has resumed signing autographs but all signatures must be personalized. Many people simply want them to sell on Ebay. Ms. O'Hara will be 90 years old on August 17th and the volume of mail she receives is huge. We are hoping fans will be considerate of this. Guidelines for autograph requests are on the website at http://www.moharamagazine.com
Just remember - she only signs one picture per fan (no larger than 8 x 10) - NO BOOKS OR POSTERS - and you must provide a self-addressed stamped envelope (American postage if you're from the US). Send to PO Box 808 - Bantry - County Cork, Ireland. I suggest you go to the fan mail guideline page, however for more details.

Re: Wanted: Maureen o hara
Thank you for the infromation Juneface, I actually recieved a signed photo from her about twenty-twenty five years ago but am considering sending her a DVD cover / insert. I would love to have "The Quiet Man" signed by her. She was wonderful in that role (as I am sure that you know) just like in so many others.

Thanks for the info, June; I think Ms. O'Hara's guidelines are more than fair.
