My letter is like a Large Envelope and it was light i only had a letter in and a small picture

I would think that would be ok; I've never sent stamps for someone in the UK to use so I don't know for sure.

Knowing the actual measurements and weight would help, since "large envelope" and "small picture" doesn't really define anything.

Well I've sent them off anyway so if it doesn't come back i will try again.

12x9 inch is my envelope
and on the way there it weighed 0.51 Kg.

But i have my SASE Inside which i forgot to mention earlier So i dont think it will be that weight on the way back to the UK as it will just have my photo inside.

510g? Are you sure, because I can't imagine just envelopes and photos to be that heavy. If it had weight that much on the way back to the UK, it would've cost $12.28 - that's 28 stamps.

What about if i send a star in the

) a index card to be signed with a small envelope do u feel $3 off stamps would cover the postage back??

nooo it Wasn't 510kg it was 51kg it was light in weight i put 5 stamps on i Think it should cover the postage.

That makes a lot more sense.. $2.08 would cover that.
