I have never tried the address but I am going to send a fan letter to her Via Venue since she is on tour. There is no way to tell if she will reply but its worth a try!

Hi : ) I wrote her via venue last christmas and I recevied my photo back with her chritmas blessings.
Try her you might as well get lucky like I did !
