How can I watch New York Red Bull's training?

I am living in Harrison, New jersey. I want to get the signature of New York Red Bull's soccer players. So When and where is the best chance I can get close with them, take photos and request signature? I think maybe watch their training is a good way. But I do not know when and where they train routinely.
