SFM Questions

Hi!
I was wondering, I was on The SFM site and on their page they said this.
" We reserve the right to limit the number of photos that will be sent to any individual requestor.”
Does that mean that SFM won't send photos to someone who requested many celebrities in one day?
Like if, someone just kept sending their address to different SFM celebrity addressess all in one day will that mean that SFM won't send them any pictures, seeing that they requested a lot of people?

I'm not sure.
The biggest amount I have requested were 10 photos in 1 day and all of them came.

I don't know I think that they ran out or they are not giving any more
