I don't understand what you are asking.
Re: PSA /DNA encapsulated autographs.....
I think he's asking if all PSA/DNA encapsulated autographs are authenticated by them. Wait, I'm not sure if he's asking or making a statement.

Not that hard ;/ .
Re: PSA /DNA encapsulated autographs.....
The only thing that really matters is the signature. Simple as that.
Everyone knows that all the authenticators make mistakes and PSA & JSA are well known to take care of their big customers by passing everything authentic or not. PSA is a publicly traded company and as such is under a lot of pressure to make revenue goals. This has been discussed over and over.
So, really all that matters is if the graph is authentic no matter who might have stuck a silly sticker on it or enclosed it in some plastic.
I saw a funny story recently where PSA encapsulated an autograph but incorrectly identified the autograph as another person's signature.

You guys would be frightened to know that 2 of PSA's TOP guys were Chicago Autograph hounds... that mastered forgeries. It blows my mind that these are the characters running a TOP NOTCH Authentication Company.

I'll say this again.... but unless you get an autograph in person NOTHING, I MEAN NOTHING. PSA, GLOBAL, COA OR WHATEVER CAN BE 100% AUTHENTIC.
