How to post my photo in the forum? still fail again

Hi guys,
I try to post my autograph photo to show everybody to see.Because when I post a link,people may afraid that I am trying to damage their computer.I think the best way is show my photo directly.
But I have tried many times,I still failed. Is there somebody tell me the steps?
Ex: Step 1: First......
Step 2: second..... then....

1. Go to, for example, http://imageshack.us/
2. Click on Browse and find your photo
3. Click on Upload now
4. Copy direct link and paste it here
5. Write:
[img] in front of link
[/img] behind link.
