i would say it looks pretty authentic and so does kristens but am not an expert hun

Where was the picture found & how were the signatures supposedly obtained? (TTM, IP, etc)?

I have severe doubts over it's authenticity, consdiering how recent the poster is (November 2009 approx), and the condition of Rob's signature these days (IP at least)

So I'd say it to simply be a fake, especially until further info on how it was obtained.
