Important question for you guys

Unread post by flashman441 »

Alright, i have my autographs in binders, with the acid free sleeves. I have about 8 binders now. I haven't had any problem with my autographs as far as discoloration.. So on. But for extra protection. I have heard it is good to them in plastic storage bins? Because it is cooler in there? Now Humidity and moisture will not seep in there will it? Just let me know your advice. Im debating of putting my binders in there or not. I just bought a bin for 5 bucks

I wouldn't...I've had some of my autographs sitting out in the open (in a binder) for 3 years and have had no problem with it. :)

Im not an expert, but if your home have problem with humidity like mine do, i would suggest you not to keep it in the bin.

well the plastic bin is just another enclosure to protect it from changing conditions in your house. I guess the temperature and humidity will be more constant because its an extra layer that the heat and moisture need to get into.
