How to get No Postage Neccesary if Mailed in the US envelope

I was wondering how to get these and where?

lol, If your trying to get these to mail out, you might want to be careful. Those are only to be used for non-profit orginazations and large company businesses. If they catch you using them for personal use you'll more than likely be paying a whole lot of hefty fines than if you'd just stuck with sending normal letters with proper SASE's. {up}

Yeah, I wouldn't recommend it. I have a few from work (well, the UK equivalent, anyway), and I've been tempted before, but it's not worth it.
