Yesterday brought back Kaval from FCW. The only two from NXT2 I haven't gotten back yet are Percy Watson & Husky Harris.

I'm going to Wrestling Reunion on 9/11 in NJ. Should be a good time.

Again, I'd like to disclaim your post by telling of the great conversation I had with Punk about the Chicago Cubs, both of which we are fans of. Nice guy if you asked me. Certainly no douche.

I'd classify a douche as someone that flips the bird when asked for an autograph, not as someone who refuses to sign some of the time.
the restaurant is one in the area that wrestlers are known to stop at when they're in town so it's not like he (punk) was followed there and like he was the only person that asked. He's just the only person that was an ass about it, my friend didn't even go to the show in town but he went to the restaurant because he knew there was a chance that he might get an autograph for his son.

I never said punk was a douche bag, I said he's a douche about signing autographs. And just because someone has glinting moments of non-douchery doesn't disclaim another person's experience. Walking past someone outside of an arena knowing that they're calling out to you and acting as if they're non-existent (which punk has done) is just as bad as flipping the bird. I understand a heel working the fans when they're asking for an autograph, and I can understand not wanting to sign and saying that for one reason or another, but in my opinion (and it's only that) to walk past someone who is obviously a fan without even acknowledging them is a bit of a d*ck move.

obviously after stuff like that i'm still a fan of the guy and i continue to try to get his autograph so I take it in stride.

'Far as the new cards go, like I mentioned I don't buy packs anymore. Sure the excitement of the 'chase' is interesting, but I really don't have the patience (or the money) to buy 20 packs of cards in hopes of pulling one card that I like. I buy complete sets off of eBay which you can get awesome deals if you search for), and get the particular chase cards that I want.

Yesterday I had the 2010 WWE complete 2010 blue parallel set & the 2010 TNA Icons set in the mail. Nice cards, and it may just be me but it looks like this WWE set is less glossy than the 2009 set did. I do like this year's legends set a lot more than the previous though. Might just be me, but it looks like TNA either pulled someone's card, or they don't know how to plan out their sets very well because the 'piece of history' subset with the hogan puzzle on the back wasn't plotted out right and if you keep them in a binder the set begins on the 9th pocket of a page.

First like to say RIP to Luna, she was a very good wrestler and will be missed.

My good news is that yesterday I got an in person success from my favorite WWE womens wrestler, Beth Phoenix! She was great to everyone at the signing and took pics with everyone. She looked amazing as well.

Wait, so your friend didn't even support Punk's wrestling performance, yet he wanted a free auto. Now, I really don't feel sorry that he got snubbed. That'd be like waiting outside of the baseball park to try and get say Albert Pujols without ever going to see the game.

Oh wait, dealers do that.

As for ignoring. Again, that's his choice. I'd much rather be ignored than flipped off personally, but that's just me.

It is his choice whether he is going to sign or not.

I've been snubbed by numerous celebs/athletes. No big deal. I tried, they said no.

Never called them a douche over it, though.

One doesn't have to be a fan of the current company to be a fan of the performer or support their performance, and it wasn't for him it was for his kid who is a fan of the WWE and a fan of CM Punk. He had the time to stop and give a condition on which he'd be willing to sign, such harm it would of caused to sign one autograph and head on his way.

I don't know of dealers who are just looking for one lousy autograph. let alone one personalized to a kid.

I've been denied for autographs a number of times, and it's cool when that happens but like I said it's one thing not to sign and another to act like the person calling out to you isn't there.

How many times you think Punk hears a line like that, though?

God bless everyone and the families of the people who were lost on 9/11. That being said, we all have to go to work on that day, these guys aren't any different. Like it was said after the tragedy, if we close up shop on that day.. they win. I for one don't really have a problem with it myself. I plan on watching the IPPV ROH is offering that night. That's just my opinion.
