i am sending mail to beverly hills from england.
on the outside envelope do i put english stamps?
also on the sase do i use english stamps?
how many IRC's should i use?
also how many english stamps should i put on the outside envelope?

Hello LittleBunny!
On the envelope to the USA you have to put English stamps.
Don't put English stamps on the SASE, 'cause US Post accepts only US stamps.
So, you should send a SAE and enclose 2 or 3 IRCs (2 should be enogh, but to be sure it's better to send 3 IRCs).
