Okay. So I've been reading all the things in the topics above about what I need to include.
And honestly. I'm not really sure if I can get all those things in my country for international shipping...IRCs and all those other things. Even if can,I wouldn't know how to call them in my language. So I would like someone to tell me if I go to my local post office and I say I want to send a letter to Canada, would they give me everything I need? Or do I have to ask for something special? Also, how big should the envelope be?
Need help with sending my first letter for an autograph.

Re: Need help with sending my first letter for an autograph.
What country are you in?
If you go to your post office and ask to send a letter TO Canada, they will be able to help you. They'll give you enough stamps to send it internationally.
The problem is with the postage BACK FROM Canada. Then it gets a little more difficult. We really need to know what country you're in to know if IRC are available in your country. If they are, you can then check your country's postal website for details on how to obtain them.
You need an envelope big enough to send your photos in, simple as that. Make sure your return envelope is big enough too - I often use 2 the same and fold the inside one in half. If you're requesting rather than sending a photo, you may want to send one that is bigger than 8 x 10 inches, as those are often the photos sent out by actors (at least in North America, in Europe it's often 4 x 6).
