i got him IP at OLIVEr last year, even IP it was hard work and he soon stopped signing anything non-show related within a matter of weeks

Well, I tried him again via the Ealing Studios and guess what I did receive today....

I wrote such a lovely letter, telling him that I'm a true fan who doesn't wanna make money with his signature and even so I received this again.

He's such a tough nut to crack but hopefully sometime I'll manage it though

I think it would show some respect to a great actor if you accept that he's not signing. The reasons why he is not signing are unimportant.

He was great to his fans in the early 90's but he isn't anymore. Accept it. Maybe he will change his behavoir some day and sign again - maybe not.
