should this be included in the letter?

Unread post by fiz »

hi
im getting an autograph for me and my friend, we both are huge fans on this star
recently though, my friend had an injury
is it too much to ask for the star to sign get well soon?
its not to emotionally blackmail them into signing the pics, i just think my friend getting a get well soon from thier fav star will really help them on their road to recovery.
lemme get ur opnions on this
thanx

"If it's not too much trouble, would you mind including two autographed photos, one for me (and give your name) and one for my friend (name)? My friend has been (say what's wrong) lately, so would you mind adding "get well soon" to the photo? It would mean the world to (him/her)."

Something like that would be fine, I'm sure.

I don't think they would mind you asking that, but bear in mind it may arrive months after you send the request so they might be quite well by then lol

True! I wrote to Sam Waterston, several years back, asking for an autographed for my sister saying Happy Birthday. Her birthday is in April, and the photo arrived in August. She was still thrilled to get it though.

Haha after that long, I would have kept it for her next birthday! ;)
