I think thats pretty rude of him, theres no reason why he can't do. It doesn't take too much effort.
@5150, I disagree. How do any of us know how much time he has to answer fanmail? It is easy for us to say that it doesn't take long to answer it, but if one is busy, with work (especially with two jobs), who are we to judge? He deserves to be able to relax just like anybody else.
