Jimmy Carter signed bookplates.....

Hello

I have met Pres Carter several times at book signings in Chicago and at The Carter Library in Atlanta. The first book I got signed in person at The Vantage Point book siging varies quite a bit from my last in person experience in 2008, for his A Remarkable Mother book signing. Which then leads me to my question.....
I got several bookplates from a store employee after meeting Carter at a Hornet's Nest book signing as they had run out of that book and I got 5 bookplates from an employee at the Carter Library when his book about his friendship with Mattie Stepanik as they had also run out of the book. As I had literally met him moments before I would like to believe these are real but...........I will be donating a few for a local charity auction and wanted to know peoples opinions......

They're definately authentic.

President Carter's signature changes as the booksignings progress. Someone I know was first in line at a stop on his last tour and got his book signed with an inscription, and it matches perfectly to what I've received from Carter TTM.

His secretary signed for him while he was in office but has personally signed everything since.

. Great to know and thanks for the reply. I have always hoped they were real and saw the similarities in the signatures but I wanted other opinions too. Since I had purchased several copies at each store and got the free bookplates...I then have taken the books to other signings as I think flat signed is better in a book. I have used the extras to display with group Presidential photos and have donated a few to charity events.
