i wanted to clear something up he will STILL have phone calls cuz from what the jail is saying they cant take them away cuz something about they the right to phone calls BUT on the other hand his has been limited too one a day.

He snuck in a cell phone and I-Pod and now is in the hole. He has no privledes anymore, no mail, phone calls, TV, visitation, the whole 9 yards.

He window has closed on him, and when he gets out that last thing he will be doing is reading fanmail. He did it all day every day for long enough. I would give it a year or so then write him.

no thats not correct. he didnt sneak in a ipod or a cell phone. he was caught with contraband headphones and a mp3 charger. wanted to clear that up.

haha he snuck in an ipod they just didnt find it on him and thats only because the guy in the neighboring cell was hiding it for him...they found it in his cell. Wayne had the charger and illegal headphones in his. Oh and this is the 2nd time he was caught with items like this.

I dare say it is more about risk/reward factor rather then thinking his fame will get him off.

i listen to his music. but i have his cd's the "walmart version" AKA clean edited. LOL im 22 years old and i still dont like to hear curse words. LOL All my music on my ipod is clean.

This isn't the case at all actually. An MP3 player is classified as nuisance contraband . Nuisance contraband is anything that is violates policy, but doesn't pose a significant institutional risk. Nuisance contraband may include pornography, gambling chips, markers, extra property (clothes, photo's, etc.), and yes, personal electronic equipment. MP3 players aren't banned because of "gang fueled songs", they are banned because they violate policy, that's it. In other words, an inmate could be listening to the Lords Prayer on his/her MP3 player and still get time in the hole.
