On 7-12-10 I sent a LOR, SASE, and CD booklet to:

Huey Lewis
c/o Cape Cod Melody Tent
Hyannis, MA
for a 7-17-10 concert

On 10-14-10 I received my booklet signed and personalized. Return address was Mill Valley CA. here is the scan:

thats quite a wait for a VV success but thats a good one to have so it was def. worth the wait :-)
