NHL - Got autographs tonight from 9 of the Vancouver Canucks inaugural 1970-71 team tonight after the game.

Been waiting quite awhile for a chunk of these guys to come for some type of special event...didnt think they would ever get 16 of them here at the same event. So I was pretty pleased with this.

Funny enough, of the 7 I didnt get, I missed 3 guys that I have seen multiple times over the years when I didnt have the item I am working on with me.... luckily, I SHOULD see all 3 of them again in the next few weeks or months.

Just have to try & track down the other 4 now tomorrow before they leave town & probably never come back considering they are all in their 60s or older.

I really didnt have much for the team & honestly, let several players go by even though I had a card or two for them. Hard to get motivated for a team you see 3 times a year & you have a vast backlog of inventory on. I really only went out because I was up & thought I might have a good chance at the Canucks...which was not the case.
