Wyoming Governor DAVE FREUDENTHAL Success??

Sent Wyoming Governor Dave Freudenthal an email request via http://governor.wy.gov/ on 10/25/10
Yesterday, 10/28/10, I received a signed, typewritten letter and a signed , color 8x10. I also received a map of Wyoming!
I'm not sure about the sigs on both these items...they both look "off"...any comments on authenticity??
