Just met Neal Adams for the first time over Labor Day weekend in Atlanta Georgia at DragonCon and yes he does charge $5 per autograph.

His sketches are even more expensive but my wife got me one of his limited edition art books with a sketch and it's signed 3 times plus a great Batman sketch.

By the way Stan Lee dropped by our booth to say hello and take some pictures.

$5 per autograph? It's really too bad that he's that hard up for cash.

You could try it, but I would be very surprised if you got anything back from Jim Lee ttm.

Had a comic creator success. I have been getting Marvel Masterpiece cards signed and had contacted Joseph Lisner creator of the Dawn comic series via email on his website. He gave me a private address and I sent my Angela MM card and a Dawn promo card and recieved both signed in 8 days.

My first comic book success in a while and it was a doozy. I got this envelope in the mail, couldn't tell what country it was from but clearly an international envelope. I was certain it'd be from some author or head of state I've mailed off my regular custom cards to until I saw the stamps read Brazil and I was like NO WAY it couldn't possibly be my gamble from months ago paid off. I sent a letter translated by my brother-inlaw to Portuguese(artist does not speak English) and included $10 and got this back today from *drumroll* ED BENES! He did a head sketch and regular sketch of Dove from his Blackest Night mini/Birds of Prey of which he's the regular artist on now.

Richard Case signed my copy of Darkhold c/o home address in 2 weeks time. I asked him who his favorite super hero was growing up and he replied by sending a sketch of him.

Today brough in a signed comic and sketch from J.H.Williams III sent c/o home address. I can't recall the turn around time, but it was at least 4 months. He can be contacted through his website jhwilliams3.com

Got mail today from Kevin Nowlan. He signed a bunch of Vs cards for me and Action Comics 831.

Also got a Batgirl sketch from him. Took about a week.

I'll scan everything later.
