Ok so I sent this letter and picture to a venue bob dylan was performing at. I sent it on September 29th of this year. I just recieved it back today as RTS. But here is the weird part. on the back of the envelope it says Best Wishes Ray Charles 3-08-03 Does anybody have a clue as to what this is all about. only thing i can think of is someone just trying to be funny.
Let me know your thoughts please. Im absolutley puzzled!
Sell a man a fish feed him for a day....teach a man how to fish, lose a steady customer!
The only logical explanation is that your letter went through a time portal at some point between the time you put it in the mail box and the time it got to the venue. When it finally got to the venue it was March 8th 2003. On March 8th 2003 it was in fact Ray Charles who was playing at the venue you sent to, not Bob Dylan. The letter somehow found it's way to Mr. Charles, he signed it and put RTS on it. That's the only thing that makes sense to me.
If you look up Dylan signatures it looks like his handwriting to me, not that I am an expert. Dylan does have a weird sense of humor. I wouldn't be too surprised if he did that.

Thats the only thing that makes sence.
He or someone else is trying to be "funny"
