I would say its not authentic

I am sorry to tell you that in my opinion it is definately a fake.
I have been asked many times about trading / selling some of my autographs. I am sorry but my collection is not and will not be for sale.

Yes, it is absolutely a forgery. That is a ridiculously low price for a George Harrison autograph. His signature on a poster could easily sell for well over $1000 USD. Also, as Lexpo said, all autographs sold by NEautographs are forgeries. Avoid them at all costs.
