Over seas letters

When i send a letter over seas do i need to put more then one stamp on it?

The short answer is to chck with yout local post office. I have found that generally it does cost more to send out if the states, but the differences vary from country to country.
I have been asked many times about trading / selling some of my autographs. I am sorry but my collection is not and will not be for sale.
