I sent Troy a letter Sept 99 and received a pic back in Dec 99. I think its a grate pic of Troy. He sent a pic that he signed and sent fan club info. The address i used was Dallas Cowboys C/O Cowboys Center One Cowboys Parkway Irving, TX 75063. Can any one tell me if he did sign it.
