I sent a letter, SASE and 2 4x6 photos to Chelsea Handler via the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, OH when she was performing there. I sent on Dec. 6, 2010 and got my photos back signed (one personalized) today, Dec. 17, 2010. The address is no longer valid.
