Yup, it is the Batwoman he did for you. Nice too. Very cool since he is the artist for the new Batwoman comic.

Yes. That is him. I contacted him via e-mail. I don't want it to get spammed but I could give you the return address on the envelope if you PM me. I think it might be his home address. I e-mailed him again and asked him if he wrote out the envelope and he said that he did.
