I just sent him a letter through the mail. I can give you the address, but I'm pretty sure that it no longer works. I got that sketch back in 2004.

This turned up today, there is a Santa Claus

the autograph looks a bit stranger then the ones being sent from the radio show, but they could be from a batch that he has already signed. If I get to go to the Kapow comic con in April ill take it with me to get it verified by him. I might be because of where he signed it, not much room.
Just got to get Tommy Lee Edwards now, I didnt go to Birmingham comic show this year because he had to cancel.
I sent it on Dec 8th so he might of timed it to arrive today:-)

This is probably the most amazing Christmas present I've ever received.

My gf's aunt, in the mid-1940s, was trying to get a job as an artist/cartoonist just out of school. One of the people she wrote to, and submitted work to, was Milton Caniff, artist for the Terry and the Pirates strip. While she didn't get a job through Caniff, he did send her a hand-drawn, hand-colored sketch of Terry, signed and dedicated to her. She showed to me when I met her for the first time this past summer, and naturally, I was in awe.

Today, "Aunt" Marie passed this sketch on to me for Christmas:


I am so amazed and overwhelmed by the generosity of this woman. As you can see, the sketch is still in amazing shape. What a treasure!
