Hi everyone, so im sending Debby Ryan a small scrapbook for her birthday on may 13th, along with a letter and a photo to sign, im going to be sending it to this address.

Have you had sucess with this address and how long did it take to recieve a reply?
also how soon in advanced should i send the parcel, i want her to get it before or not long after may 13, its impossible i know to get it there in exact time because it depends when Debby will be looking through her letters.
Also does anyone have a diffrent address for Debby that she looks at first ?
