I have a question- If I were to send a photo to Miley tomorrow, would it get to her in time do you think? I'm sending from Australia and it usually take 8-10 working days for mail to get to America. Also, does Miley finish filming in mid February or is this generally when production wraps up?

If it involves the usps, it will invariably take longer then the website says.

I heard Miley stops filming a couple of weeks before production wraps up.

Congrats, Ryan! Wonderful success. I sent Miley a couple of index cards last week, so I sure hope they make it to her to sign and return before her filming wraps up. It's so nice to see her signing like this. {up}
