I met R-Truth and Jimmy Wang Yang after a show in Mankato Minnesota almost 2 years ago. Of course I didn't have anything for them to sign. But they were cool guys though.

I might be heading to the event in Rochester next Saturday so maybe I’ll get lucky and meet some more guys down there. Doubt it but the show should be fun.

No TTM's again. On a week dry spell. I laugh when guys here say a 4 day dry spell. I had over a month dry spell last October! I'm just messing with you guys, it sucks not getting anything back no matter how long you wait. My problem is I'll send 6 at a time and 3 will come back within 2 weeks and the next 3 God only knows!

I went to a small show tonight and got Rick Steiner in my encyclopedia. Also there was Reid Flair (didnt realize that Deathboy... sorry!), Nikita Koloff, Buff Bagwell, Johnny Fairplay, Ricky Morton, and various other indy guys. Had a pretty good time and a nice sized crowd showed up to. On a side note, a guy I knew, his young son bought a Ric Flair autographed 8x10 from Reid for $5 and he asked me did I think it was real. To be honest it didnt look like any Flair sig I have ever seen. Kinda weird.

It's cool, bro. lol.. It's cool that the show went off well. We need more indy shows here in VA. How much was Steiner charging? I have a buddy who MIGHT be going to another show with Steiner soon. Just curious what the price ended up being.

Well my girl had her encyclopedia and I had mine and she was first. She asked if he could sign it and I saw him make a motion with his hand. Apparently he said "does $5 sound fair?" So we got both encyclopedias for $10.

Lucky dog.. $5 would have been a steal. lol.. It has to be somewhere around here, I'll let you know as soon as I can get with him. I know they are having that show in Waynesboro next saturday night and I REALLY want to go to that one, but I can't find anyone else to go with and I'm not heading on that hour and 20 minute drive by myself. lol.. Good lineup though, Carlito, Luke Gallows (Supposed to, but might not make it.), Jimmy Wang Yang, Sonjay Dutt and Traci Brooks. Decent show..

Well depending on how work goes... we might try to hit that one. I went to one of his shows several years ago and I think X-Pac and Hall were there. I remember the Powers of Pain and others but I really cant remember who just right now. Well Im off to bed. I will try to post a pic tomorrow of the Steiner sig.

Those Flair's will do anything for money apparently. When temper tantrums don't work? Forgery! Very wrong, I know but come on! You all thought it too! lol

Nothing new in the mail again, leaving January with only 3 returns total, but I found an '05 Smackdown Magazine that I forgot all about being signed when I was looking for some pictures to send out. Funny with all the talk of Mysterio on the board the last day or so that I'd find this one. Probably woulda found it sooner if the signature wasn't in black sharpie on a black background, but this was the 2nd of 3 things I asked him to sign so he just put 'Rey M 619' ('Rey Mysterio 619' on the 1st, and 'Rey 619' on the 3rd).

I also got those signed magazines from Will Russo (Vince's son), and man are they beautiful. They're already framed and hanging on the wall with my Owen Hart 8x10, but I scanned them for the website already. He's got a gorgeous looking one with Shawn Michaels and Triple H on the cover (the first DX cover) signed but he wants $75 for it. The signatures check out, but that price tag is nasty! I'm hoping he'll put it up for auction at a lower price, but he was kinda upset that the Bret magazines only went for $45 and really didn't like hearing that Bret does a lot of signing via mail. Links are below to all 4 magazines and the Rey magazine and the Punk card I bought the other day.

All my luck has been before the show, I usually get there 4 hours early. If it is a PPV, Raw or Smackdown around 10am. Sounds way to early but I get most of them between 11am-1pm. To Haase, there is a show on March 26 in Duluth. Kevin Nash, Sunny, X-Pac, Honkytonk Man, more being added. If your on Facebook check out Heavy On Wrestling.
