Ok guys pitchers and catchers report on the 13th to the 17th of February. The rest of the team is around the 20th. So look to send out about 3 days in advance or anytime during ST.

It will be very tough to get them because they are so popular. Last spring training I did see successes from strasburg and he may sign again due to his injury. So try him. It's all about taking risks. I mean you won't be getting everything back but it's worth a shot!
