yes.

Tried for Eastwood this past summer at TIFF, but he snubbed leaving his film...but did sign for some people 5 mins later at his party for the film.

Jack I got several yrs ago (I literally dont even recall what film he was here for). Strict 1 per, but signed almost every time we saw him (which actually was not all that often..maybe 5 times in a month).
