Unfortunately you do not meet the requirements to sell here on this site.
The rules are as follows:

"1. In order to post in the forum a user must have at least 100 Constructive posts and must have been a member for at least 3 months. If you have not been a member for 3 months and do not have 100 constructive (helpful) posts your topic will be deleted.

2. If a user is creating a post in which they are selling an item(s) then they must include where/how they got the item, the price, and scans of the item. If not, their post will be deleted.

3. Users may only sell autograph related items (i.e. pictures, posters, autographs, stamps, etc.) all other posts will be deleted.

4. If a user receives 3 negative feedbacks in the feedbacks section they will be banned from posting in the sale/trade forum."

so even if i have 100 pst but have only been on for say 2 weeks i carnt sell but can i buy

Well honestly some people will sell to you without you being here for a long time. I WOULDNT because i dont trust you because i dont know you. thats why it says:

"If you have not been a member for 3 months and do not have 100 constructive (helpful) posts your topic will be deleted..." because it helps other member gain trust in you..

According to what I've seen from the mods, yes you can buy if you respond to a post -- but you can't start a thread in this sub-forum until you have 100 constructive posts and have been a member for three months. Note that the key word is "constructive," which means they supposedly check to see that you have been helpful to others, not just making posts to get your count up.
