I recently read that she was going to Barnard College of Columbia University which is in NY. How should I send to her? And will this work? Thank you for any help.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend sending a request to her college because it may come across as intrusive or very personal and may not be even passed on. But that's just my opinion.
I have tried finding another address but cannot seem to locate any for her at the moment.
