Oh and the UK police can't do anything to Americans
unless the crime occurred in they're country. There is
an option to extradite someone, but that only happens with
major felonies and high profile crimes. Now they could contact
the U.S. but these "cyber bullying" claims usually go no where unless
physical threats are involved.
