If you can't tell Zimmy is one of those people previously mentioned. She's also decided to infect Startiger now. To answer your comment, yes indeed it does. There are PLENTY of means available to compare a signature. So once again, that's a moot point. People who do that are like the people who move into apartments yet hate having neighbors. Makes zero sense. I honestly would like to know what compels people to be like that. Picked last at dodgeball as a kid? Always a bridesmaid never a bride? All your "friends" are "people" you met on myspace or facebook?

Disagree: I understand how it's frustrating (trust me  ) for someone not to give out an address, but do see the point about doing your own "research" and for the celeb not to get overloaded.

Agree: but at the same time, isn't that EXACTLY what this forum is for? Sharing the addresses so that other collectors can collect as well? Why have a forum otherwise?

Just my two cents.........
@ your agreeing argument- There are collectors that collect anyone who signs meaning they don't know who the person is.

The address spammed thing is a bunch of garbage. Because the same idiot will continue to mail the celeb and then sell stuff on ebay. Theres several of those pathetic people on here as well.
Just because someone doesn't post the address.
Doesn't mean they are a loser. The picture they post
is equally as important so people can compare it.
Completely agree with you, any picture you get back, if collecting means a lot to you then you'll want to show if off with pride.

I love seeing people's photos and I'm probably almost as happy as they are with their results because I know how much it means to get an autograph from someome you admire {??}

I can also see both sides of the argument.... spamming an address does decrease your chances of success but sometimes addressed are impossible to find!! I only found Miley Cyrus VV through a google page copy of a deleted address on here.

Although it won't stop spamming totally members on here should know the regular, trustworthy faces and share via PM perhaps.

This is why I don't post my successes that I got through "private" addresses (VV or email).

But I do understand the frustration of those people. I remember someone posted a Bitty Shram success so others will "know she signs", but I couldn't find the address and still haven't been able to get her autograph.

On my private successes, I will say I have "so and so's" autograph in discussions of that person's signing habits so that others know they do sign but I'm not going to post e-mails in the feedback section. Especially if it's already posted and people know they can try it (ex, the NCIS address: there have been DOZENS of people who have posted that it worked for them. We don't need it posted each day!)

Like I said I have no problem posting agency addresses.
If I find a Via Venue address then I will keep my mouth shut.
I would be glad to point people in the right direction, but giving
out the address to everyone, doesn't help anyone. They will
get spammed and will stop replying. Just like the Miley Cyrus
"So Undercover" address. It got posted out in the open and she
started sending out pre-prints.

I am all about helping people and if someone needs help learning
how to look up Via-Venue addresses just PM me and I will walk you
through it. I help people help themselves and help them become
self-dependent. I don't have anyone giving me countless VV addresses
and I am doing fine.
