Management or Media?

Hey guys, I'm fairly new to this so I hope this isn't a common question.

For a certain celebrity (I shall not say who for certain reasons), I recently sent them a fan mail, with a picture to be signed. I have not heard anything back, so I went to their contact webpage. Here I see a contact address for their management and media requests, but don't know which one I should contact in regards to an autograph request.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?
