When I fold and include a 9X12 in a normal legal size envelope (assuming the 6X9 you are referring) I put 63 cents on the 9X12 and only 39 cents on the envelope with the celebs address. I have had plenty of letters weighed and if you fold it good it is less than 1 ounce and only needs 1 stamp. But if your letter is longer than a page I do not know. I would suggest having several weighed before mailing until you get the hang of it. Good luck.
