I was a bit of a noob in the world of buying autographs and he was extremely helpful and patient with me
You were very lucky. I had several horrible experiences with Bob Jones and because of him will not go there again and will be telling all my friends the same. Just because they have some good items I will not put up with being treated so rudely especially when I am giving them my money. I have found one other fantstic seller who has genuine items and is lovely to deal with, I know where I will be spending my money in future.

I agree that signature pieces does have fakes just look at the recent R. Crowe they had and a few others!, and agree with the TTM stuff being listed as IP. Still i have never had a problem.
Did you send 1 email to them and then get a negative response?, or several emails?, or several emails in a row?.
Hi hitman, it was several emails in a row over a few days - I actually posted a topic in here about what happened. I am a very patient person and know not everyone offeres good customer service but what happened in my expereinces with Bob Jones was beyond a joke. Even an apology now would not be acceptable in my eyes.

So they are doing this over a bad email from 10 years ago?, and they buy a ton of stuff from jgautographs which i thought was a legit ebay seller?. The others i have no clue about but thought jg was legit.

I noticed the feedback was from long ago and the only recent one was from 2010. So I would not get all caught up on that. Believe it or not, there are actually authentic autographs on ebay. For example- signed and cancelled checks.
If you like authentic autographs you need to visit this site:

I've been purchasing from AW for years now, and have never had an issue. Not once have I been treated rudely by anyone from the site. I'd definitely recommend them.
I am happy that is the case. Unfortunately if you do some searches you will see many other people report them being very rude to deal with.
Further to that the owner Bob Jones saw fit to use my personal info he obtained through dealings on ebay and his site and make them all public in a post online (name & full email addresses). That is a shocking breach of the privacy act and goes against the privacy statement they have on their site.
I will not make any other comments besides saying this issue with my private info being published has been escalated & is being taken further.
I bought a Kiefer Sutherland Authentic on Monday from Autograph World for $30 and it's already here today! Pretty excited about this one, I was very dissapointed to find out his fanmail ones are secretarial . http://www.autographworld.com/monthly/s ... em=FP45109
