Right, so I live in England and I want to send my American pie DVD case to USA for Tara Reid to hopefully sign. But how do I get it back? Because at the post office they said that I can not use a IRC so what do I do? Do I send dollars? If so how much? Do i send USA stamps?

When I send to America I usually send 2/3 dollars with my request but only send the DVD cover don't send the box as the postage will be considerably more.
