do you think its wrong to send something to a celebrity home address?
I found an actors address but I don't know if I will come off as stalkerish since this celebrity is very low key.
is this wrong?

Re: is this wrong?
I've heard that some people won't reply to letters sent to their home addresses as it confirms where they live and it then might get out all over the internet.
On the other hand, I've written to people at their home addresses and had replies. It depends on who it is, and how 'public domain' the address is already.
I would personally send the letter, but not post it as a success on here if you get a reply.

Hello, Send them a small nice letter 1st with a few questions and comments., Then mention you have a photo that you'll like for then to sign and that if you can send it.
We a response or not sent it 3 weeks latter. Good luck!

This question comes up here time and time again.
It basically boils down to your own sense of morals.
I personally wouldn't, for what it's worth.

Yeah its not cool. They have MGMT that handle mail and things for them. If its not a huge actor that probably never gets mail then it would probably be okay. Most big actors would throw it away coming to their home as a way to discourage anyone else sending there.2-the-moon-and-back wrote:do you think its wrong to send something to a celebrity home address?

If you have access to their email address I would ask them first. I made a connection through Ebay, and recognised the name when I went to send them the item they won (they were a writer/producer) and I cheekily cornered them for an interview for a community I run online. That was pretty awesome.
Here is my selling website. Lots of autographs for sale! http://www.rachaelgrant.com/items/
