I don't know anything about his signing habits in the earlier days as well. I do know that he sends out APs at the moment.

All right, got the autograph today, and it looks def not like an ap or pp.
It seems to be a bit older as the paper is kind of "brown".

Ok, I checked with a friend of mine who has got Mr. Hoffman several times IP in New York City. He checked your post and he said it looks good! So unless the signer was a master forger or a VERY good secretary its genuine! Congrats!
