Can I get photos of celebs on the net, save them to my computer and then send them to walmart.com to be printed at my local walmart? Or will walmart not print them because they are Copyrighted? Is there a place that will?

Your local WalMart or CostCo will print them out(you should pay for it for sure). Or you can also order prints using sites like snapfish. You can also buy them here if anyone is selling them.
