Need ideas for unusual autographs.
I just read that Harry Houdini's last living assistant has died. I would never have thought to search for her to request an autograph. Does anyone have ideas for other unusual people to write to that you wouldn't usuually think of writing? Thank You.

Thanks for ideas. I got a response from Clyde Tombaugh (discovered Pluto) a decade or so ago. If I had not read a story on him in a magazine I would not have known to write to him.

Re: Need ideas for unusual autographs.
Noel Rholeder (sic?) played only one career game of VFL football for South Melbourne in the mid 20th century, but at 16yo, was - will forever remain (due to current recruiting laws limiting recruiting ages to 17 or 18yo so their bodies don't get hammered by men - their youngest ever player. Don't think he gets many autograph requests but when he does, he writes a great letter explaining why his career was so brief (and even sent newspaper clippings of himself (though I doubt he has too many of these to give away).
