Hi guys,
I just finished writing a letter to Sir Ian McKellen, and I noticed that there's a via venue-address for The Hobbit, but it doesn't say how long he will be there, so I was wondering if anyone knows?
By the way, if I decide write to the regular fan mail-address, will it be forwarded to New Zealand?
Yes, I'm a bit new at this.

He's pretty reliable at replying via his British agent (Independent Talent Group).
It's unlikely they'll send it to New Zealand, though, they are more likely to send it to his home address for him to pick up when he gets back.
(For all previous successes I can remember he only signs one per request).
Good luck.

I would like to know that too. I have already ordered my pictures to send Mr. McKellen. I've already got the pictures I'm going to send to his co-star Gollum (Andy Serkis.) I just have to write the letters. I think i'll send it vv to New Zealand for Mr. Serkis/ Gollum, and I'm not sure about Mr. McKellen.

Hey, thank you for your answer. I sent the letter to his agency, so now I'm just crossing my fingers that there'll be something from him in my mailbox in the future.HappinessStan wrote:He's pretty reliable at replying via his British agent (Independent Talent Group).

I have also noticed that he only signs one per request, so I hope it wasn't rude of me to send him two pictures..

I've found him to be an excellent and generous signer. Especially via venue at his plays.
